Dental Insurance

Maxwell Creek Family Dentistry works with most PPO dental insurances. We know it’s not always easy understanding the ins and outs of your dental coverage, but our team of experts are here to simplify the process. We submit claims on your behalf, and are always looking for ways to maximize your benefits. All we ask is that you provide your insurance information when reserving your appointment and update us of any changes to your dental coverage.

We are able to file most medical insurances for sleep apnea appliances, CBCT Scans, and other surgical procedures.
