MCFD School Supplies Drive

Join us for a socially distant event! Whether school is held in person or virtually, we know that there will be a need for school supplies. Maxwell Creek Family Dentistry is hosting a donation drive to benefit local schools. Each donation will enter you for a chance to win a Chromebook!

Here is a list of supplies that we are requesting:

• Package of No. 2 Pencils

• Spiral or Composition Notebook

• Kids Scissors

• Box of Crayons

• Package of Highlighters

• 3 Ring Binder

• 2 Rulers

• 2 bottles of Elmer’s Glue

• 2 boxes of tissue

• Bottle of Hand Sanitizer

• Package of Disinfecting Wipes

BONUS: On Friday, August 7th, we are gifting FREE back to school sealants to a select number of kids. Call our office to reserve your child’s FREE back to school sealants. Appointments will be reserved to a select amount of people and a supplies donation must be made. Valid for children age 14 and under. Call our office to claim your spot!
